Advanced Features

User Profile & Personal Settings

Access your profile via the top-right user menu. From here you can:

  • Update personal contact details and display name.
  • Change your password.
  • View your personal attendance logs and metrics.

Attendance Tracking

Papilio tracks team attendance automatically through Check In / Check Out:

  • Click Check In at the start of your workday and Check Out at the end.
  • Break — Log break periods within the day for accurate net working hours.
  • Attendance data feeds into Resource reports and capacity calculations.
  • Metrics available: total hours per day, average per period, and overtime patterns.

Client Portal

Give clients self-service visibility into their own services, documents, and invoices through a secure Client Portal.

To grant a client portal access:

  1. 1Go to Clients → select the client.
  2. 2Open the Contacts sub-section and select or add the contact person.
  3. 3Toggle on Login Access. An invitation email is sent to the contact.
  4. 4The client can now log in at your firm's subdomain and view their own services, files, and invoices only.

Email File Uploads

Upload documents directly into a specific service by email — no login required:

  • Send an email with the file(s) attached to notify@papilio.co.in.
  • Set the email subject to: #ServiceID: attach — for example: #S1016V1743: attach.
  • The file is automatically linked to that service within 15 minutes of sending.
  • Find the Service ID on the service's Detail tab or in the URL.
