Reports

The Reports module provides comprehensive analytics across every aspect of your practice. All reports are filterable by date range, client, staff member, and service category.

Time Tracking Reports

• Time Log (Individual) — Detailed time entries for a specific team member over a selected period.
• Time Log (Firm-wide) — Aggregated time data across all team members and clients.
• Chargeable Time by Client — Billable hours broken down per client for a period.
• Chargeable Time by Activity — Hours grouped by billing code/activity type.
• Chargeable Time by User — Hours logged per team member showing productive vs. non-chargeable split.
• Audit Report (Missing Timesheets) — Identify team members who have not submitted timesheets for a given week.

Resource Reports

• Resource / Employee Utilisation — Percentage of capacity utilised per team member.
• Capacity Tracking — Available vs. logged hours across the team to identify over- or under-utilisation.
• Attendance / Check-In Reports — Records of daily check-in and check-out times for all staff.

Service & Task Reports

• Due Services — All services approaching or past their due dates.
• Completed Services — List of services completed within a date range.
• Created Services — All services created within a period.
• Checklist Status — Completion status of tasks across all active services.
• Due Tasklists — Tasks and tasklists that are overdue or due shortly.

Finance & Activity Reports

• Invoice Summary — Outstanding, paid, and total invoiced amounts by client or period.
• Recovery Report — Compares billed amounts to actual time costs to measure recovery rates.
• Employee Profitability — Revenue attributed to each team member vs. their cost to the firm.
• Activity Logs — System-wide audit trail of all user actions for compliance and oversight.
• Compliance Calendars — Statutory due date tracker across all clients for GST, ITR, ROC, and other filings.
