Templates
Templates are standardised tasklists that can be applied when creating a new service, automatically populating its task structure. This ensures consistent, quality workflows across the entire firm.
- Template Library — Use Papilio's pre-defined templates for common services like Statutory Audit, GST Filing, ITR preparation.
- Custom Templates — Build your own tasklists tailored to your firm's specific workflows and procedures.
- Apply During Service Creation — Select a template during service creation; all its tasks and sub-tasks are copied in automatically.
- Edit Templates — Templates can be updated at any time; changes apply only to future services, not existing ones.
