Document Repository (Vault)
The Vault is Papilio's secure, centralised document repository. All files uploaded across any service are accessible here (subject to permissions), organised by Client → Service → Category.
Key Features
- Global Search — Search across all documents by filename, tag, or client.
- Filters — Filter by uploader, client, date range, and access type.
- Access Types — Files can be marked as Shared (visible to client portal), Internal (firm only), or Private.
Data Columns
Each file record shows: Filename, Access Level, Tags, File Size, Uploader name, Upload Date, and associated Client.
